Scientific Counter – Demo License (Short Version) By installing or using this software, you agree to the following terms: 1. Demo Use Only This software is provided as a demo version for testing, demonstration, and evaluation purposes only. Any productive or commercial use is not permitted. 2. Functional Limitation The demo version is restricted in functionality. Four sample images are included and may only be used for testing and demonstration. 3. No Transfer You may not distribute, sublicense, or transfer the software or included data to third parties without written permission. 4. No Warranty The software is provided “as is”. No guarantee is given that it is error-free. 5. Liability Liability is limited to the extent permitted by law. No liability for data loss. 6. Termination This license ends automatically if you violate these terms. All copies must then be deleted. 7. Governing Law German law applies. Place of jurisdiction is Tübingen, Germany.
